廣東省造雙龍壽字光緒元寶一枚，此幣鑄于光緒三十一年(1905)初，爲紀念慈禧七十壽辰而鑄。張炯伯在《廣東省造銀幣》一文中寫道：“惟本品因未紀年，殊難遽斷，然觀其圖案，諧作福壽，環繞雙龍，幕無英文，意含頌祝，大異常制。由此以推，成爲紀念幣之一種，專鑄以祝慈禧太後七旬萬壽者也。”

錢幣的正面分爲內圈和外圈兩部分，以珠圈爲界，內圈印刻著“光緒元寶”四個大字，外圈則分爲頂部和底部兩大部分。頂部刻有“廣東省造”四個楷體小字，底部則是這枚錢幣當時的幣值——“庫平七錢二分”，底部與頂部之間，還有兩朵小花作爲裝飾進行過渡，版面的設計明顯與普通的錢幣略不一般，不僅極其精致可愛，而且確實爲藝術品收藏界的罕見珍品。

再看錢幣的反面，也是分爲內圈和外圈兩大部分，不一樣的是，錢幣的外圈兩側各有一只蝙蝠和飛龍圖案，象征著吉祥如意，因爲蝙蝠的“蝠”字與幸福的“福”讀音相同，所以將其鑄刻在錢幣的背面，因爲飛龍是皇權的象征，所以既顯示了福氣之意，又展現出皇權的威嚴，還與內圈中的壽字相對應，呈現出“福壽雙全”的美好之意，可謂是意蘊深厚，值得藏友們去細細品味。
